Auto Responders
These are automatically sent emails based on the rules or triggers you set. For example a series of emails that are sent to a new subscriber when they sign up receive your newsletter or offers.

What is an ‘autoresponder’?
Auto responders are email, which you set to be sent automatically, based upon rules or ‘triggers’ that you set. The most common and generic rule would be if you get a new subscriber to the mailing list, they would receive a welcome email upon signing up to that specific list.
The best thing is, the effort is the setting up an auto responder. Once you have set it up, it runs all by its self and you just need to amend or adjust the emails when ever you wish.

Why would you use an auto responder?
You would use an auto responder in handy situations.
- Follow up to new customers
- Send your subscribers a birthday message
- Help remember important dates.
- Anniversary email from when the joined

What about the reports?
Once your auto responders are running, reports will be generated automatically. You will have a graph that shows summary statistics and a graph showing over view of emails sent over time.
